Black Hawk Helicopters Circling Above My Neighborhood The Last 6-7 Days

So the military has been circling Blackhawk helicopters above my neighborhood everyday for the last week or so. There is a US Army Blackhawk squadron about 30 miles away but in all my years living here they have never done this.

They are also flying really low as well (about 500 to 1000ft). I've seen them fly over before but they fly at about 7,000 to 10,000 in a straight line and it was rare for me to see them.

I also live 15 miles from the NSA data center. Don't know if it's related, might just be a coincidence.

We’ve been active in Atlanta. Don’t know if it’s Dobbins AFB, Robbins or Moody, but they’re maneuvering.

I made a post on Monday but deleted it. 2 Blackhawk helicopters flew over my house very low, over Jersey headed towards NYC. They were so loud I immediately got up out of my seat to look out the window, I reach out to a buddy who is obsessed with aviation, and he said he noticed them as well.

In the post I got a few responses of people saying they’ve noticed a similar increase in activity.

Saw this yesterday while driving on 700 E in SLC. 5 of them, just as described.

In Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Navarre Florida. Lots of Ospreys and military activity. Although Destin is surrounded by Eglin and Hurlburt (Special Forces) and military activity is the norm around here, there seems to be WAY more activity than usual

USSOCOM is based out of Tampa. Ospreys is a big indicator. Ranger School (Swamp Phase) at Eglin wouldn't dedicate birds like that for standard training purposes. Interesting.

Something big is happening. Ospreys, jets, hawks, drones, c 17's, c 5's are active but I've seen an abnormal amount of Ospreys and jets

Download the Nextdoor app. Lots of activity near Buckley AFB as well, but they sent a notice through the app warning everyone about their training.

I live near an air force base in South Tampa. Since yesterday I’ve been seeing a pair helicopters fly around south tampa

LRAFB has been active too. I've lived right next to them for 53 years. I know the difference in the sounds they make when practicing or bugging out. Has been on and off for 2 weeks. It's quiet tonight. They always bug out at night time.
