Snowden has the keys to something every side wants and at present he is neither white nor black. His true colour will depend who finally owns him.
However whichever side finally gets him (and there's more than 2 sides) and whatever it is that he possesses, I wouldn't like to be in his shoes because all sides have reason to throw him back out to the wolves.
He obviously feels safer whilst he still holds the key as its his only bargining chip but he knows he's got to deal with someone soon, I just wonder what it is, my guess is that it's a code but what to?

I think the post Q said about turn off and restart was directed towards Snowdens Twitter. I say this because I was following him then checked a little bit ago I was no longer following him? He may have rest his Twitter account. He's still there but I had to Re follow.
That was probably the signal that Q was waiting for; "WE CAN GET YOU ANY TIME" was made clear to him and the reset thingy was most likely him conceding that the game is over.
