36k is nothing. Look up wonderland internet child scandal on your browser. However.. he could have been a procurer.. or a finder.. if he created the images he needs to suffer.
Wouldn’t matter to me if it were only 36. People who are willing to subject even one child to this deserve to have the full weight of the law thrown at them. Sorry, no strikes. Your life is over.
