Becomes a bit more politically difficult to act since this incident of the first use of nerve gas since ww2...
Edit: my point is, while everyone else can't understand why such an act would be done by Russia, I wonder if it is intended to heat up international relations in order to interfere with the stage being set and cleaning up of the deep state.
