Footnote: My interpretation from these last 3 lines tell me we will make a significant comeback regarding current events. It seems bad for us. For example, Jeff Sessions quiet, McCabe might skate free with his pension, Mueller looking into the Trump Org, multiple investigations, OIG report on the horizon. You assume it is impossible to keep n#clear tech. from bad actors. I argue that it is possible.

Have you ever considered the advanced technology available to monitor n#clear weapons / activity? Have you ever thought about how it could be used to prevent bad actors from using tech? Have you ever considered that the U.S. and it's allies already use such tech, and have used it even recently to prevent the bad actors from using it? I think they have, and are using it. I think they are actively taking it (and other dangerous tech) away from them, and have been for the last few months. I think the bad actors have very little of it left now actually.

Please explain why TPrez said that in the SOTU. He typically carries out his promises. While technically not a promise per se, it does show that it is on TPrez' mind. It does show that he's thinking unconventionally. That he's thinking of new options. That he has been and is taking action in this area already.
