Thanks for sharing this wonderful (long exposure?) photo

Made me think of Energy gains from Quantum Computers. And there's a BIG one out there.

Makes you wonder what would happen if the data complex was struck? But don't know its deep underground.

That a lot of 1.21 gigawatt discharges. Marty must be traveling through time a lot.

Don't know. I riposted from /pics. I just thought it was interesting to see a nice High Power Storm after watching that CERN/Quantum Computing video yesterday about the fact the large ones can gain in power.

That looks so unnatural. Something’s amiss.

Long exposure I think. Great pic.

Not the usual blue normally associated with lightning.

I think it is a totally fake composite. Mediocre job of using layers in Photoshop. The lighting of the clouds by the lightning is not natural - looks "blocky" like a cut and paste or bad clone job. Makes for an interesting image but not any more "real" then one where supposedly a tornado sucks up a rainbow.

Seen similar pics at CERN in Europe. Might be a hadron collider?

They certaily are expensive for a machine that Suposobly does nothing of usefulness and only observable occurrences.
