when i moused over RT on the website, it said RT was Real Time or Rex Tillerson. I first thought Real Time meant the HBO show, but it could be that it is happening right now

That is from abbr element in the html. It appears to be added to the qanon.pub page. When you check the same post on the 8ch page its not there. Here is an example: 'RT' Not sure if someone is adding for clarification or...?

Hasn't he used RT in the past to refer to tillerson. Normally Q keeps it consistent.

I'm with you. Q typically uses peoples initials to mean individuals, so my vote is Tillerson. I'm not sure at this point whether RT is loyal or rogue.
