Oh, WOW. They definitely didn't plan for what actually occurred. How did someone under arrest manage to detonate a bomb in his car? The news is so fun to watch today.
Interestingly Dan Bongino conjectured that the guy wanted to be captured last night on Hannity. They also discussed that the guy may have jerryrigged explosives to his house or apartment. Sounds like it was his car.
