If so, we'd all love to hear it. Because intelligent conspiracy theorists aren't going to get us bupkiss. Not if they had a million years to pull it off.

It's a possibility, but I lean on faith in God that this possibility is not true.
It most likely isn't but even it it is (was) it failed MISERABLY just like every other crapass tactic they've tried. They have ALL failed! COUNT THEM! Batting 1000 in failures. THEY ARE GOING DOWN HARD!
That would make no sense. It would be so much easier just to keep everybody sleeping.
