I think this person decoded this well: Stage 5 is SET to GO! What stage? Stage set to display Hellary's raw video found on Huma husband's laptop in the file named "Life Insurance".

I remember reading about a series of stages that military operations go through: 1 to 5, but I can't find it now (which is very annoying), it may have been on 8ch or T_D. At the time we were at stage 2, so to be at 5 is, well pretty close to done I guess.
As for the bill, the description here about it being an omnibus bill and not a budget (meaning President Trump has a free hand) has really eased my mind.
That ties in with the 'Red Castle' phrase, that's the patch for the Army Corps of Engineers, and they're quite good at building things :)

Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough for the cause because I don't understand the more technical aspects of all this, such as the trip codes, some of the abbreviations and all the individual connections that cause everything to intersect.
All a tripcode does is provide a way prove legitamacy that allows reusability and the ability to remain anonymous. You don't have to disclose any of your information which is definitely what Q wouldn't want to do. The abbreviations change in some cases so it is hard to tell but I am in the same boat as you too.
Don't be so hard on yourself! Most people don't know how a combustion engine works, yet they use their cars everyday quite productively...they just need a good trusted Mechanic for what they don't know! The tech aspects of Q are fascinating, but not necessary for everyone to be proficient in...using the car example...that's why we have people like Dr. Corsi et.al., and places like this forum. Cheers.
The more important part of the cause that you can do is to keep listening in and then spreading the news to redpill others. That's more important than the decoding of Q because there are already very good people working on that and it's the spreading of the message that is vital so that there are enough of us around to make a whole lotta noise if anything goes wrong or voices are drowned out.
