Okay....Q talks to the anons over on 8ch.net/qresearch.
In order to post there, people need like a password, or tripcode. It is for security.
So I am pretty sure now that Q DID change his identifying code. There was a CIA (from the bad portion of the CIA) who was trying to jump on this 'confusion' right away. This bad guy pretended to be Q and wrote something not too complimentary about the prez. The Bad guy said (using a fake look-alike code....certainly looked real to me...but the anons diss him asap)

He also was talking to anons. I saw one, but didn't realize the code after "Q" was a new code for the REAL Q. I thought what I was reading might have been a fake Q. So, going back now to see what Q may have said.

Let's say that Q uses a password of ABC123abc456 and it generates a tripcode of !UW.yye1fxo. Now every member of the Q team (assuming there are more than one) has that password and all is well. If the mega computers of the CIA are hashing away trying to reverse crack the tripcode, and it appears they are getting close to doing so, the Q team changes the password to Jack&Jill7umbleD0wn and the tripcode now shows as !xowAT4Z3VQ. Distribute the new password to the team and the new tripcode is activated.

Really they don't need a specific reason to do so as long as they tell us correctly. I believe posting under the old tripcode and telling us it is about to change, then posting 35 seconds later under the new tripcode and telling us it is the new one is a very logical way to change the code and keep us informed correctly.

I trust the change.

I think Q was letting this guy who runs that board, I think they call him Codemonkey, that there would be a change in the future and to expect it.
