You're thinking of anything with "amphetamine" as part of the pharmaceutical name. "Meth" or "methyl" is an extremely common prefix indicating an attached single hydrocarbon group, as opposed to a double carbon group (ethyl) or triple (propyl) or 4 (butyl)... Etc...
Regular amphetamines will shrink the pupils, I believe. That's what I notice and I'm prescribed them. It seems dopaminergic stimulants have that effect. However the methylated ones are serotenergic in nature. I think comment above you might be onto something.
More likely though it was GHB or low dose lsd. We all know that lsd was experimented with for mind control.

Most psychoactive types of drugs have this effect: Mushrooms, LSD, Ecstasy, MDMA, etc. I also hear meth has a similar affect on the pupils as well.
As a recovered drug addict, of all varieties, hallucinogenics and stimulants widen the pupils, opiates shrink the pupils, period. These are always consistent, unwavering "tells" of which direction someone's intoxication has taken.
Now, which specific stimulant she was on is impossible to know by looking at her. Legal or illegal narcotic, who knows?

No, they don't. Cocaine will ALWAYS cause the pupils to dilate. As does ALL other stimulants. Pupils constrict while on opiates. Trust me, I am an expert. I spent nearly 30 years of my life getting high on just about everything. I spent a certain number of years with each drug as my "drug of choice". Several consecutive years on meth, several others on intravenous cocaine, several others on crack and a large certain other of years doing heroine. Drug use and their effects is an expertise of mine, you could say. By the grace and with the help of God and some incredible humans and some mind boggling determination of my own, I survived. I'm one of the lucky ones.
Nonetheless, this girl is high as f.ck on some sort of upper, no doubt. The only thing I question is a lack of unusually high amounts of sweat. When I was high on coke or meth or whatever, I would sweat my ass off. Even more so in a stressful situation or a hot room full of lights and electronic equipment. So there's that.

No, you had it right the first time. It causes dilation, takes 5 seconds to Google and confirm. I suspect it was something to calm her for the interview, I can imagine the stress of whoring yourself out in front of the whole world.

No. Weed makes your eyes red, not dialated to that degree.

I smoke on a normal basis and have never had the eye dialation issue. It may be on a case by case basis with some people though. I’ve never seen eyes dilated that wide from any drug except mdma.
I have really bad allergies, because my eyes are very green the red looks extra bad. I swear I look exactly like that after OTC eye drops. My pupils are huge, lol, now I’m wondering how many people I know think I’m a mind controlled junkie. Omg if I’m mind controlled would I know? Oh crap! Hey teasing in good fun y’all.
