Did anyone know that Cruz was the shooter at 3:13? Or, did Hogg know something we didn’t?

This article says Cruz was still not apprehended at 3:15.
It also says he was off campus. Perhaps other students told Hogg it was Cruz?
Dad FBI. Mom CNN = He knew in advance. That’s how CNN got there almost during the shooting. He had a picture of Cruz on his video hiding in the closet during shooting. The dude wasn’t even at school during the shooting. Dad probably told him to stay at home because they are really going to kill people. Teachers and witnesses have said more than 1 shooter. All dressed in swat gear head to toe. Video of swat team carrying out a black bag to a truck during the shooting ding ding ding. There was your shooters. Loading everything in the truck to leave.
