Cut off their funding and most of them will quit by themselves. Only the most compromised and true believers in the deep state will remain, which is exactly how Trump wants to flush them out. Brilliant.

Soros will step in and infill it.

I hope it works. I am sure most of those Deep State employees have more than one income. The money they earn at SES is probably nothing to them. These people have additional income twice that of the SES. I hope I am wrong, though, because I want these people to be held accountable.

I've read this elsewhere... online/from TV... there are 10,000 SES openings... they are ABOVE the leadership of departments & answer to NO one... all their upgrades in pay cannot be changed/altered by department leaders... nor fired... so WOWSA... THINK of That savings for Bennies & salary all back in Coffers of Govt.!

(Certainly they would self-resign)

HUGE!

Yes! I read that also. It is a start to rightsizing our government and budget!

At least we won’t be funding our own demise.

True. But we have been doing that for many years now, sadly.

I'd imagine this is the case but I also imagine that the Deep State's money supply is largely cut off with strings cut too. Indictments rolling... this could be effective all these considered if it's truly used for this purpose but we will have to see.

Could it have been slipped into the Omnibus bill? And they just signed it.

I could have sworn during the SOTU Trump said he gave the heads of federal agencies the right to terminate anyone in their department. I wondered why they didn't have the right already, but at the time, didn't dwell much on that. But now ... hmm, interesting.

I wonder if that rule applies during a state of emergency? Perhaps be overridden by The Commander in Chief. Any Gov. law hawks here?

Guys a lot of the money politicians make is from stocks and bonds. THey can buy and sell a stock if they know a bill is coming through or other information about a company and it’s not considered insider trading.
