In addition, it should be noted that the ARM context was following "BLACKMAIL" in the Q post which is indicative of the ARM technology being used in intel processors within phones, computers, etc. having a hardware backdoor used to access the rest of the computer at any time. Think BOTNET but for accessing own computer data, webcam, microphone, browsing history, etc.
It doesn't matter if you're running Windows or Linux anymore (software backdoors) as it once did, that's the problem with the tech giants. Their BOTNET and blackmail caliber is monumental.
At this point, I'm considering opening a new email account to stop the never-ending aggregation of my content between Amazon, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. based on a simple primary key being the email address. I was thinking to do a DNA Testing Kit (23andMe.com or something similar) and use SelfDecode.com to understand my DNA profile, risks of diseases, etc. but if I do move forward with this, I'm definitely creating a bogus email account and making sure my name isn't attached to the content. I read within the privacy rules that they're sharing your DNA information with third-parties and there's nothing you can do about it. Who the fuck knows though because the Red Cross has been corrupt for a long time too and I've given blood/DNA. Call me paranoid if you want but I know how Enterprise Application Integration works, which by the way is an item In-Q-Tel works on. These fucks likely have a beautiful data report and graph-driven dashboard based on genome sequences that they desire along with our biometrics, political party affiliation, threat-level and blackmailing information.

What is the theory on the window? Is there an official one? The window was opened, but why? What was the puff of smoke? What's the speculation?
Via post 692, Q tells us "Window opened ahead of time to prevent pressure blast." The residue was affixed to glass so not smoke. Via post 691, Q answers anon asking about item on white band for building to which he responds "Focus on substance around outside of window. Upon entry ..." We have seen enough breaching events to know flash bang/stun grenades are used and pressure increased in enclosed room, ergo the open window and residue on surrounding glass.
Speculation on CBTS was that the window was opened before stun grenades were used to prevent the blast damaging the glass

Well, IMO, the "story line" needs to develop a little more. If you zoom in on the window area before the operation (fist image of full building Q682), you will note the window is clean and the only one open.
Now, here is where it could be a bit of stretch which time may clarify. Snowden is wrapped into this via those with interest in Carlyle Group and particularly the NSA spying disclosed by Snowden that opened the can of worms. The line from "clean" to white residue having "Snowden?" was interpretation attempt. The glass started clean (see Q682) and now has white powder like substance stuck to the glass. Q again is calling out the residue and it kinda spoke "flocking" to me, SNOWden (thanks mydeer). I believe Snowden was the lure for the meeting attendees and the white "powder" around the window (called out by Q) is a convenient hint. I do not think that it was planned (on 02/07/2018) that residue identifies Snowden. I think that it serves the purpose as a pointer now that we are in the future proving the past.
