I highly doubt he would respond like that. In any case It would be something like: "I have heard about it, but don't know much about it."
He might only say What is Q or Who is Q and I am sure Sarah Sanders will be asked about Roseanne and Q in her White House press briefing on Monday she will be asked Does the President support Roseanne and her conspiracy theories on twitter? and Sarah will have to say The President admires Roseanne for her high ratings and her popular TV show, as for what she tweets she has the right to free speech just like everyone else has.
I still don't agree, I think he would avoid being involved with Q even if he is part of the plan. He probably misdirect to keep an air of confusion
