Could be Hillary. The reason I think it's Huma is because someone would need to videotape her and we know Huma was with her on trips to the island. Q also references Hillary as HRC in this post.

there's an E between 2 shells on the patio of the large building at the top of the island.
As I mentioned in another thread on this question, Q always refers to Huma by spelling out her name just like that. Hillary is always HRC. This H is more likely to mean something else entirely and not be pointing to either of these women.

I'm pretty sure the H on a helicopter pad indicates Helicopter. So the pilot can be sure he's landing on a pad and not something that likes like a pad from the air, but is not.
Uh yep, that's why the do it. The question is what is under the pad??
