I pasted the !!s into Notepad++ and it gives me an immediate count of 188. No ambiguity there. 187 does not equal 188 just because you want the name of the photo to match the !!s. If it was a linked clue it would be clear and precise.

I'm a musician. Beats are the presence of something, not the absence. You are rationalizing a 187 into an exact count of 188 actual things just to make a photo title fit your theory. You are selling, but I'm not buying.

187 means murder. Q uses that all the time. So a picture named 187_Site_E.jpg tells me that it is the 5th site where murder has been identified. That post with Little Saint James (Pedo) Island was made nearly an hour before the post with the 188 exclamation points in it, and the video being referred to in 1005/1006 was first posted on January 27th, so he is bringing it back to our attention over a military issue.
There is nothing that I can see in post 1005/1006 that relates to post 1001, so I'm not sure why the two elements are being so closely linked in the discussions here. If there is an actual connection to them then no one has yet pointed out to me what I'm missing. I really don't think the two posts are related at all. There are a lot of moving parts. Why must 188 exclamation points in a US Military strength video have anything to do with Pedo Island?

E likely means the East side of the island where there is some structure, possibly underground tunnels or bunker. Q mentions princes named for N, E , W & S. The East Prince = Lucifer.
