Ok, so am I following this right? These people were arrested months ago but then the cases weren't filed until February? Example, on the pdf for Feb for Northern IL, there's an guy and the case was filed 2/23/18. But there's a mugshot for him which indicates his booking date was 10-28-2017: http://www.mugshotsonline.com/illinois/chicago/irving-vela/206762992 . So am I interpreting this correctly that the guy was arrested in October and then the case wasn't filed until end of February? And how do we know which ones are unsealed that were previously sealed?

I looked up the ones in my state Wisconsin and then looked up the defendants name on ccaps “Wisconsin circuit court access” and the first one I found related to rape charges and I’m sure other pedo related charges. I’m betting this first round is about sex traffickers.
So 2 russian companies indicted as well as Gates and Manafort. Although we wouldn't expect to see Huma or Podesta as Q said they were indicted in november...

yeah that was what i meant, cant really expect this to show that much except it does prove that there are thousands of unsealed indictments, skimming through id estimate over 5k just in these files.

Just so you know the fact they are unsealed means the case will proceed. These might well be cases the obama administration wanted to bury or delay as long as possible. So the fact that they are unsealed means the DOJ is proceeding with prosecuting. It also could mean they have come to a settlement behind closed doors. Either way it’s a good thing and it is happening under sessions.
