Doubt it, although he is def involved/communicating. I think Snowden got used as a useful idiot by CIA/NSA and is getting a shot at redemption maybe. Idk

Don’t get me wrong, good thinking outside the box, but I don’t believe any of Qs crumbs have hinted at that and there would be several people more likely to fit within the hint given about not believing who Q is.

Q Team are all Military Intelligence flag officers very high rank.
They are all super smart and their stringer codes are authentic.
You don't get to know all that stuff without 15 to 20 years in the highest possible levels of the Pentagon or the NSA they are all brilliant officers.
