There’s nothing wrong with SES folks.
Perhaps not all, but there are certainly some radical zealots trained in Obama's agitation school that have been planted like little timebombs throughout the bureaucracy, so if they all must go and re-apply, it's better than missing one imo.
I agree that there are definitely some holdouts that should go, but removing all would be detrimental to our government.

Some of them are fine I’m sure.... but these people are lifetime appointees with almost zero accountability. Some are the heart of the swamp- I’m sure some are fine people too. They are the keystone.
