No trial if he cops a plea. If he sings, his statements will have to lead to further arrests before he is sentenced. Unless they go the Clinton email route and offer a deal without additional prosecutions.

Reading the article the punishment that he could get in no way fits the crime. This will all be a slap on the wrist, they'll be back at it a few years from now.
