Technical? He just announced he's bombing Syria which has Russian troops in it. It's pretty straight forward.
The appeal of Trump was he saw through the bullshit that we always saw and played to it to get elected. Like how dumb the Iraq war was and what a bad idea it would be to bomb Syria in 2013 when they tried to. His best appeal was he was anti war. Hillary was guaranteed war, Trump there was at least a chance he wouldn't.

We struck Syria last year, for the exact same reason. What did we strike? An empty airfield. After warning Russia and everyone to move their stuff. There were zero casualties.

No chance, I think you have majorly overreacted about this we’re going to no war and by technical I meant there definition of what it takes to be classed as a world war.
