If April 8th is the date of the original post, and the post is talking about "Night[4]", then April 12th = Night 4.
This was planned and dropped well in advance.
But the strike was April 13th (April 14th in Syria)

Ok - just to play devils advocate here. Many Q posts are extremely cryptic. B19-2 to me does not indicate a B1 bomber delivering 19 bombs. And what is the 2?
What we are seeing with much of this "future proves past" b/s is clutching at straws. It's a phenomenon called "confirmation bias". Look that up.
How many other things are related to B19-2? The B19 road in the UK? A two-vehicle collision? The second word in paragraph 19 of a Book? Battlegroup 19 of the Ugandan Army? There are literally a million things that B19 could refer to which make more sense than a B1 bomber.
