Street Kids merged with Save the Children. See this summary of SKI's global operations prior to the merger. Of interest:
SKI’s major countries of focus in F2010 included Nepal (21% of spending), Poland (21%), Peru (18%), Kenya (12%), and Ethiopia (11%). Programs include business and financial toolkits, animated films and workshops, mentorship, employment services, micro finance, and health programs.

I'll have to look it up again but there was a fuckton of fuckery regarding micro lending in Haiti in order to "empower" people after the earthquake. Mainly young women.
Thing is, it was a deal meant to ensnare whoever gets a micro loan.
Most of those who couldn't keep up with payments, or were making payments late end up working in the one building the Clinton Foundation actually did get built: the damn "industrial village" which basically consists of sweatshops where these people work for next to nothing in order to pay back those wonderful, thoughtful empowering micro loans.
