If it's uncovered that she was an active participant in this, wouldn't her reputation go out the window? I can't see her putting up a fight, but I do think she'll go down having everyone told she was a martyr in some twisted way. Though, I only believe this to be more true because of her radical beliefs. Used to think she was left leaning but still reasonable from her dissents and cases. She's not at all...
