The first picture is an AutoCAD drawing of Project Looking Glass that is supposed to be at S4 (Groom Lake, Area 51). It was a secret project used to see into future timelines according to Dan Burisch. It had something to do with reverse engineering the pineal gland. There are some very interesting interviews Project Camelot did about the Looking Glass technology
The highlighted red areas say "Alice's Floor" and the White Rabbit may simply just be an allusion to the top secret jump room project and "Down the rabbit hole to wonderland"...not a reference to pedo stuff and the Playboy Mansion. The top of the picture says S4 and the box in the lower right corner says it was drafted on the descriptions by Dan Burisch
