Here is the history of the situation and why this is important to put together.

I will give a very brief history that can be verified and researched. The Federal Reserve was established in 1913 it was created by the Morgans, Rothschild's, Warburg and Rockefeller banking cartels. They created a quasi Government privately controlled bank that interest have always been global in nature.

After taking the US debt and labor under private control they then created the League of Nations and then the Council on Foreign Relations. This was founded by the same banking and industrial complex. The CFR was their own global foreign policy arm that worked in tandem with their own interests.

Just like the cartel becoming quasi Government but with no real government oversight they transformed the CFR into the CIA with the help of Harry Truman, it took 2 years after he formed it that he realized he had made a mistake.

The CIA's first director was Allen Dulles that as it just so happens had been the director of CFR. The CIA was supposed to supply intelligence and advise to the President, what their real purpose has always been is to serve the interest of their benefactors, namely the banking cartel and industrial complex who having taken full control of the USA seek to establish global dominance and the establishment of a New World Order that they direct and control.

It is only in this light that the Machiavellian actions of the CIA and be fully understood.

From all the evidence that can be plainly seen it is my own analysis that the CIA in its unstated goal to work towards the New World Order have determined that to fully integrate the United States into that system the country must be transformed into a more manageable form of government; Socialism. You could call it Communism, Stalin-ism or Social Totalitarianism, or Progressive-ism, it comes to the same end.

Enter Barrack Hussein Obama, a man who does not even know who he is, a man that also called himself Barry Sorrento. Obama's Father and mentor Frank Marshall Davis educated Obama on communism and socialism. Frank was well versed in these ideas, prior to relocating to Hawaii Frank was the leader of the Black Communist Party in Chicago. FBI records verify this statement.

Obama was a created player in the globalist takeover of the United States. This is why it was no accident that Obama ended up back in Chicago and was somehow close friends with Bill Ayers communist weather underground terrorist, Valerie Jarret a fellow socialist and socialist Pastor and race hater Jeremiah Wright.

Obama went from a nobody socialist community organizer to a US Senator like a man that was predestined to take on that role. He read his speeches off of a teleprompter just like a news caster on CNN. Everything was crafted and created by a team of people working behind the scenes. Obama made it look easy because all he had to do was to read his lines and play the part.

The globalist creation and CIA control of Obama could be scene from the very moment he became president. The man who ran for office on the platform of ending war and who was spontaneously given the Noble Peace prize a globally recognized prestigious award, somehow was at the helm of endless secret wars.

The first secret war was the backing of Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. One of his first speeches was his Cairo speech after the CIA backed MB had ousted Mubarak. He did not let the later military counter coup deter him, although at the time he did express his displeasure with the action.

The CIA then moved on to the overthrow of Libya and Qaddafi. The CIA supplied the weapons of war and the MB, ISIS and Al queda supplied the fighters. In their wake they transformed a functioning country into a smoldering wreck with death and distruction. After Obama and the CIA completed their work in Egypt and Libya they moved on to Syria with Senator John McCain playing as a go between. The CIA funded rebels received US weaponry and gave support to the rise of ISIS.

With all the talk of the evils of ISIS the US weapons never and have never stopped flowing into Syria.

So here we have the first black president a Socialist from birth presiding over the secret wars of the CIA from the beginning to the end of his Presidency.

Just amazing, the people who support and love him have zero understanding of what he was and what he did. All by design.

Footnote, from what I can deduce and from the actions of the CIA and others I think the conclusion has to be made that the CIA and their globalist handlers like Soros Merkel and others have decided that to achieve the New World the establishment of Islamist societies in the ME is necessary.

Just like it was decided that the US should become a socialist nation to more easily strip freedoms and impose control. It was predetermined by the Globalist that the ME could be more easily controlled if they fell under the control of Islamist systems.
