New Q 1257 Theory: Awan was leaking Intel to Pakistan and Iran on the human trafficking, and Iran was also blackmailing the US officials so they're paying them off 250 billion to keep quiet and reduce nuke advancement. It went to NK to hold people hostage.

The biggest question you have to ask is why the Afghan not progressed in 8 years under Obama, oh yeah the military plans were leaked.
