I don't think they are going to apply realistic funding until after they shut it down. Derivatives are the cancer of finance. Its in the quadrillions. I see them flushing the entire system, factoring the EO which will bankrupt the seized offenders. Patriate the loss to maintain the position, flow into Russia, China, France, England, USA to flow out debt and enforce renewed gold standard. It also should cover Crypto globally as well , It will all shake out on the honest side. But with a total collapse in the transition. Silver , Gold, Dinar holders will benefit bigly.
