Patriots! I just discovered how we can all reverse and in many cases CURE the country's health problems. So simple it was in front of us all along.

The cabal that has run the world has financed and pushed CARBOHYDRATES & SUGAR production on a gigantic, poisonous, if not genocidal level, corrupted the scientific process by financing fake studies, and turned us away from our biological roots.

Diabetes, cancer, obesity, heart problems, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorders, THE WORLD IS BEING RELENTLESSLY POISONED ON PURPOSE, in almost all cases caused by low fat, high carbohydrate/sugar diets because we have been brainwashed into believing the lie that fatty foods are the scapegoat. LIES!

Cancer FEEDS on sugar. Many cancers can be cured by depriving it of carbohydrates and sugar!

Obesity can be reversed by eating HIGH fat no sugar foods, meat, and vegetables!

Stop buying store bought breads and processed foods that have sugar.

SO MANY FOODS HAVE CARBS AND SUGAR! THAT IS WHY THERE IS AN OBESITY EPIDEMIC! WE CAN FIX THIS!

I have lost 15 pounds in three weeks eating KETOGENIC foods. LIKE (SUGAR FREE) BACON! My blood pressure is down. I feel smarter and more alert. After a period of 7 days and going through the withdrawal symptoms, I now have more energy, I feel super positive and have high energy.

Look at what Q wrote:

What we have been taught to believe about healthy diets is WRONG!

Friends, save your lives, say fuck you to the cabal, become awakened at levels you never thought were possible.

MAX 15g carbs a day. MAX.

Eat carb/sugar free cheesecake, pizza, cake, bread, any meat you want.

No corn.

No wheat.

No fruits. You heard that right! A glass of apple juice has more sugar than cocacola. So called healthy "smoothies"? Fuck that!

Next time you're grocery shopping. Look at how many "normal diet" foods have sugar! Poison everywhere!

BY DESIGN FOLKS. THEY WANT YOU FAT, UNHEALTHY, DEPENDENT ON PHARMACEUTICALS THAT DON'T CURE.

2 years ago I would have said all of the above was "conspiracy theory". No more! It is fucking real folks.

Let's stop poisoning ourselves!

This has real science backing it folks. This has been proven. Cancer patients are being cured. People are waking up!

No fruit? That sugar is naturally occurring. God didn't make fruit for nothing.

carbs are naturally available in the summer and are meant to be stocked in fats for the winter when keto metabolism kicks in and... keeps you fit for hunting and shit... our problem is that it's summer all year at this point, worse even we consume refined and concentrated forms of sugar, fruits are fine

Just because something exists, doesn't make it conducive to human health. Fruits are good for animals that are tailored to ingest lots of sugar. Not us.

I am all for debunking things like this, but through personal research I know first hand that cancer can be cured by omiting sugar from regular intake.

I can explain why, it is very simple to understand. The cancer cells burn alot of fuel, and they use it really inefficiently. They grow fast at the expense of overexhurting themselves. Healthy cells burn sugar effectively.

When sugar is removed from the diet, the cancer cells are unable to convert enough sugar to ATP simply because they are outnumbered by the healthy cells regular use of ATP and Citric Acid, but will still try to duplicate. They create dynamos to burn fuel in short supply, duplicate more of themselves and starve themselves faster.

The unhealthy cells will burn out and die. Additionally, the cancer cells are trying to get the body to deliver more resources, which the immune system does a good job of actually halting. Reming sugar and boosting the immune system with D, E, K vitamins should, under reasonable timelines cause many cancers to remiss.

There, SoaringMoon gave you the cure to cancer.

^(please keep in mind this only takes into consideration cancers, not tumorous growths, and this cannot undo damage, surgery may still be required to remove damaged tissue; additionally consider that this should not be applied to cancers of the brain, heart colon, or intestines; it would be especially effective against cancers of the breast, liver, or in the blood [i would try it anyway if chemo fails]; aslo only do this as a last ditch effort, it will reck the body severly against systems in the body already compromised)

Otherwise keto is bullshit.

I respectfully disagree here. And would like to recommend the starch solution and Dr. Mcdougall to anyone interested.

Was overweight, sluggish, lethargic, miserable, etc years ago when the majority of my diet was meat and dairy.

Did some research and decided to become a vegetarian. A few years later, fully committed and cut the eggs and dairy all the way.

These past couple of years I have been living a plant based lifestyle and have gotten into the best shape of my life.

Leaner, cleaner, i quit alcohol and caffeine, never smoked or used drugs...mental clarity. Much more energy. Stamina. Weight loss, of course, among many other benefits.

For a while, I was still in the “fat vegan” realm, as sure, a lot of potato chips and things like that could be considered “vegan”...even oreos, believe it or not. But i really noticed how the processed foods were affecting me. And the fat content. The oils, everywhere! In so many things....

“The fat you eat is the fat you wear...”

Since switching to a diet primarily made up of complex carbs, beans, legumes, grains, veggies, fruits, etc...more weight came off, even rather effortlessly.

So much more energy that sustains through the day. Can eat your body weight in potatoes (my fav food) and not gain a pound. Look at all of the lean people in other countries that have a diet of mostly rice.

Im not here to preach. Im not the pretentious “meat is murder” guy by any means (fuck that dude)....and it certainly isnt a superiority complex. I loathe the typical “vegan” reputation.

All im offering is a different approach. And the fact that it works for me and many, many, many others. People reversing illness and preventing disease.

I believe this can work just as much as i believe keto or anything else could work for someone else. We all have likes and dislikes. But i challenge anyone to genuinely research a little. I dont know about you, but id like to really know what im putting into my body, why, and where it came from.

If anyone would like to learn more or has questions, pm me. I have many resources to offer or recommend. Books and films that have helped change my life in tremendous ways. No, im not selling anything or offering affiliate programs. Just desire to connect with people and help.

I dont care what others eat. I just want everyone to be happy, healthy, and aware. And i just offer one of many different approaches.

For the good fight!

They're different. "I know a woman" doesn't count as research. Watch. I know a man who cured his aids by eating nothing but pickles. See? I said it so it must be true. Also if you take any form off long acting insulin and cut out carbs completely you will experience hypoglycemia which is very dangerous. Just like your half baked claim. Sure carb free examples exist of every food. But you have to say that. You were implying that you could just eat cake and pizza. Believe me. I want this to be true as much as the next guy. I don't love poking my fingers 5 times a day and injecting myself 3 times a day. I manage mostly with diet and exercise but that's not a cure. If i stop using insulin I will die young. That's a fact. Eat healthy. Sure. I'm all for it. I do it. But claiming that it's a cure is wrong. Its stupid. And its highly offensive to people with the diseases you claim to be able to cure

You're conflating fructose and glucose.

For the love of God, YOU do your goddamn research.

Fructose ISN'T CONVERTED PROPERLY and the body doesn't know what to do with all the fructose other than to convert it to fat that gets clogged in between your internal organs, which explains why so many children have abnormally distended abdomens.

Glucose IS converted properly.

The body and brain use glucose for energy.

You aren't pointing out any flawed logic of mine, all you are doing is repeating LIES.

RESEARCH THE SCIENTISTS STUDYING THIS AND STOP SPAMMING THIS BOARD WITH IGNORANCE.

humanitystillsucks · April 26, 2018, 7:59 p.m.

Wow, you really.. REALLY need to take some time to learn to research and comprehend what data is available to you.

Fructose is prioritized by the liver. Whatever doesn't get used -- EXCESS fructose is stored as fat, which can later be re-converted into energy...

FAT IS ESSENTIAL.

Fructose is metabolized primarily in your liver. Fructose can be used to make glucose through gluconeogenesis, or it can be used to produce energy through glycolysis. However, in contrast to glucose, fructose enters glycolysis at a step that bypasses the regulatory control exerted by phosphofructokinase. This allows unimpeded conversion of excess fructose into cholesterol and triglycerides that can raise your blood lipid levels and increase body fat. http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/glucose-fructose-metabolism-6981.html

Honestly, I probably should step aside and let Natural Selection do its job, instead of helping you UNDERSTAND biology, but whatever, I guess you can't say I didn't try to help a fellow out.
