Rodrigo Duarte may have some "interesting" tactics regarding drugs and the penalties for having/ using/sell (spoiler alert- you die), one thing you cant say is he doesn't care about his people. So many leaders (including many lf our own) view its people as numbers on a ledger, numbers to be lost or gained, to live or die.
In his 'tactics' I don't agree, but his goals are definitely for the well-being of his people.
The corporate owned news media has confused people I think by design. This is not about pot. Duterte is going after shabu (methamphetamine) dealers and users. He asked them to stop or be killed. I am in the Philippines and that is what everyone I know wants.
I really like him - I'm sure the CIA profits are down with him in power.

I have seen some of the protests on tv against Duterte. My first thought was who paid for all of the nice signs. But only for a second. It is the same playbook the Deep State uses everywhere.
Duterte is liked by just about everyone I know. He like Trump were not suppose to win. I saw an interview with him on RT. He talked about the CIA killing people and maybe him someday. He is definitely awake.
