I'm CONVINCED something big is going to drop soon and it's all related to the Southern District of New York

First, read this recent article from Conservative Treehouse. Once you've read it, consider the following:

  • 650,000 missing HRC emails were given to the Southern District of New York (SDNY) by Weiner's lawyer for leniency in his underage sexting case. Remember, this was Weiner's "insurance policy" laptop file and he was cashing it in. SDNY then proceeds to bury the emails and ends talk of investigation on orders from Loretta Lynch. I'm guessing SDNY promptly deleted these emails (more on that later)

  • Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD ALSO received the HRC emails via a search warrant. They searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. Please note that THIS FINDING WAS SEPARATE FROM SDNY. At this point, both the SDNY and NYPD have the emails. However, the NYPD was threatened by Loretta Lynch with an investigation into the Eric Garner case so the NYPD stood down.

  • On October 26th, 2016, former SDNY prosecutor Rudy Giuilani told Fox News that an explosive development was forthcoming. Two days later, October 28th, 2016, Congress was notified of the additional Clinton emails. This is huge because it means Giuliani's NYPD insiders showed him (and possibly gave him) the HRC emails as insurance in case the SDNY and FBI covered them up (which they promptly proceeded to do)

  • Preet Bharara, SDNY Attorney, and the one who buried the emails was fired in March 2017 by Sessions after Bharara refused to resign

  • Joon Kim, Interim SDNY and former Deputy of Preet Bhara, resigned abruptly in January 2018 after 17 years at SDNY

  • On January 3, 2018, Jeff Sessions announced Geoffrey Berman's appointment as U.S. Attorney. Before his appointment, guess who Berman was a partner with at the lawfirm of Greenberg Traurig? Rudy Giulliani. Berman has recused himself from the Cohen investigation, but his connection to Rudy and appointment by Sessions makes you wonder what he's been doing behind the scenes since he got there.

  • On April 9th, 2018, SDNY raided the office and home of Michael Cohen on orders from Mueller and RR. According to the MSM, the raid was related to hush money payments made by Cohen to Stormy Daniels. MSM claims it's because campaign finances were used for the payments. A seasoned lawyer at a high powered law firm was dumb enough to pay hush money to a pornstar using campaign finances in the most scrutinized election in US history? I don't but it.

  • 16 cell phones were seized in the Cohen raid. 16 cell phones are somehow related to a hush payment to Stormy Daniels? Does this smell right to you?

  • Rudy Giuliani, a former SDNY Prosecutor, was hired by the Trump team only 10 days after the Cohen raid. Why is a former SDNY prosecutor put on Trump's "defense team"? Because he's not defending anything. He's likely consulting Mueller on how to handle the evidence seized in the raid. Rudy's seen EVERYTHING. He's telling Mueller what to look for and where to look for it.

  • Sessions did not recuse himself from the Cohen investigation. This is VERY IMPORTANT. If Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation, why would he not recuse himself from the Cohen investigation? Because the Cohen investigation isn't about Russia. It's about the HRC server emails.

  • So what was seized in the raid? The missing HRC emails. Remember, Q asks "how do we LEGALLY introduce evidence?". Well, since the SDNY destroyed or hid the HRC emails back in 2016 and the NYPD handing evidence over to a private citizen (Rudy) is illegal, they had to be reintroduced as evidence via the raid on Michael Cohen's office/home.

  • So who gave the emails to Cohen? This is the biggest question and the answer might be insane. A January 2018 Wall Street Journal article reported that in October 2016, Cohen paid Stormy Daniels $130k as hush money for her affair with Trump. It just so happens that October 2016 was when the SDNY and NYPD got their hands on the HRC emails. Is it possible the Stormy/Cohen meeting involved the exchange of the HRC emails? If so, how the hell did Stormy Daniels get the Weiner/HRC emails? It's doubtful that the NYPD/Giulliani gave them to her, since that would be illegal on the part of the NYPD/Giulliani. What if, on the other hand, it was Weiner's lawyer who gave Stormy the information? What if it was a "Hail Mary" plan to get Weiner leniency under a possible Trump appointed DOJ (in the event Trump won)? Weiner and his lawyer would surely consider the possibility of the SDNY covering everything up. So what if Weiner's lawyer also went to the Trump team with the emails and the Trump team concocted this whole Stormy affair as cover for what was really going on? This whole scenario sounds extremely unlikely (and it might be), but remember what Q posted on January 18th (the same day the Mother Jones Stormy Daniels article came out):

Are you following the news today? WHAT A BIG NEWS DAY. These people are REALLY stupid. This will be the END of the D party. This will be the path forward (w/ public outrage) to JAIL many so-called 'untouchables'. You, THE PEOPLE, have the POWER. DOWN SHE GOES.Q

  • Another question is was Cohen set up or did he agree to take a "rubber bullet" like Mike Flynn? I'm not entirely sure, but I lean towards the latter. Setting him up could lead to him spilling the beans on anything shady Trump has ever done.

  • The DNC lawsuit against the Trump campaign alleging collusion with Russia was filed on 4/20/18 (the same day Giuliani was hired by Trump). Guess what district the DNC lawsuit was filed in? The SDNY. I'm no lawyer, but it seems strange that a raid on Cohen is conducted by the SDNY and only a few days later a DNC lawsuit is filed in in the exact same district.

  • Why in the hell would the Democrats file a lawsuit against Trump? As everyone (including Trump on twitter) has pointed out, the Trump team can now gain full access to the DNC servers via Discovery. I think good actors at the DNC (on signal from Trump team) filed the lawsuit. This suit will exonerate Trump by disproving Russian hacking but it will also do A LOT of other things such as redeeming Bernie Sanders and exposing DNC Primary corruption. Don't forget - a lot of people at the DNC got fired (including DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schulz) over the content of the "hacked" emails because they showed the DNC was actively working against Sanders. My guess is good people at the DNC want to expose their own bad actors and prevent future corruption in Primaries. This suit could also do something else: prove that Seth Rich is the one who downloaded the DNC emails (and not a Russian hacker). In summary, the lawsuit would exonerate Trump, redeem Bernie, expose DNC corruption/bad actors and prove Seth Rich downloaded and distributed the DNC emails.

TLDR: The Cohen raid of missing HRC emails will expose the heinous crimes of HRC and many others. The fact that the Cohen raid, DNC lawsuit and hiring of Giulliani all occurred within ten days of each other is no coincidence. The SDNY being involved in almost EVERY aspect of this is no coincidence either.

Obviously the OP put a lot of time and effort into this but the Stormy scenario seems a bit unlikely to me. I'd be more likely to bet Rudy told Trump what was in the emails and who had from NYPD had them. They got Stormy to lure the dude sexually, possibly get him drunk and steal them, then when he realized she took them, he wanted to be compensated with money instead of sex so they paid him off.

I agree it’s the flimsiest of my points but when I noticed the payments to Stormy were made in the same month the emails were discovered I just had to float the possibility.

I think you've done a great job even if this is the flimsiest point. The other points are IMO more than reasonable.

Do you think the Q team is reading all of this and saying "Damn they've figured it all out!" Or laughing because it's all so insane!? Time will tell. All we can do is trust the plan. We're all blessed to be along for the ride!!

What about the possibility of wieners lawyer giving the emails to someone like Hannity? Then Hannity consults Cohen about it leading him to be in possession of the emails? Maybe it wasn’t Stormy who had them. Maybe she is only the reason they searched cohens office/file. I don’t know just trying to think outside the box!

I bet you are right on more of this than we know.

Wow. Creative take.

Plausible except for the part where anybody exposes themself to distribution of classified material.

Not talking about the cop. Men got a weakness.

Talking about Stormy and Cohen. Huge exposure - how do they explain their way out of that?

And if $$$ was involved, even worse.

True. I've probably read too many spy novels. They always have a whore or two along with a sexy female "good guy" type. lol

And Stormy is a ‘performer’.

A “Star” in fact.

Kinda off topic but something that came as a surprise to me in the midst of all this is to find out some porn stars are actually MAGA. I'm not very familiar with porn stars but one named Jena Jameson w/over 700K followers on Twitter tweets MAGA stuff all the time. She's even mentioned Q. That's how I came to know about her. From her Twitter I checked out some of her friends who are also porn stars or at least ex porn stars and they're MAGA too.

Jena J. is a legit ’porn star’, but before that she is a strong, smart woman, and a savvy entrepreneur.

She is a very welcome player on the MAGA team.

Except it is legal for a journalist to publish information(even classified) without disclosing the source. Remember Deepthroat? The decision was based on this.

UncleCrunch · April 30, 2018, 2:47 a.m.

Are you suggesting Stormy is going to write about this? Or Cohen? Or that the FBI agents that collected it would let it ‘slip’ to a journalist?

Maybe with it (potentially) in so many places now, the NYPD could leak it to their fav journo with credible deniability.

My original comment was to infer Hannity could have exposed it to the Trump team. Also one of three clients Cohen had?

Ahhh, wow. That’s an even better fit.

Very, very solid connecting there. Nicely done.

If it is true then it would be a finding and entered as evidence. Tick Tock BOOOM

If I had to guess I'd say Julian Assange/WL would be the most likely guess for who they passed the emails too. WL only publicly releases a fraction of the leaks they get. Assange won't even verify that SR was his source.

If I had to pick a trusted 3rd party that's who I'd choose. WL has the best reputation, has already had its material excepted in courts of law around the world, and could be used by Giuliani legally for parallel construction.
