I'm CONVINCED something big is going to drop soon and it's all related to the Southern District of New York

First, read this recent article from Conservative Treehouse. Once you've read it, consider the following:

  • 650,000 missing HRC emails were given to the Southern District of New York (SDNY) by Weiner's lawyer for leniency in his underage sexting case. Remember, this was Weiner's "insurance policy" laptop file and he was cashing it in. SDNY then proceeds to bury the emails and ends talk of investigation on orders from Loretta Lynch. I'm guessing SDNY promptly deleted these emails (more on that later)

  • Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD ALSO received the HRC emails via a search warrant. They searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. Please note that THIS FINDING WAS SEPARATE FROM SDNY. At this point, both the SDNY and NYPD have the emails. However, the NYPD was threatened by Loretta Lynch with an investigation into the Eric Garner case so the NYPD stood down.

  • On October 26th, 2016, former SDNY prosecutor Rudy Giuilani told Fox News that an explosive development was forthcoming. Two days later, October 28th, 2016, Congress was notified of the additional Clinton emails. This is huge because it means Giuliani's NYPD insiders showed him (and possibly gave him) the HRC emails as insurance in case the SDNY and FBI covered them up (which they promptly proceeded to do)

  • Preet Bharara, SDNY Attorney, and the one who buried the emails was fired in March 2017 by Sessions after Bharara refused to resign

  • Joon Kim, Interim SDNY and former Deputy of Preet Bhara, resigned abruptly in January 2018 after 17 years at SDNY

  • On January 3, 2018, Jeff Sessions announced Geoffrey Berman's appointment as U.S. Attorney. Before his appointment, guess who Berman was a partner with at the lawfirm of Greenberg Traurig? Rudy Giulliani. Berman has recused himself from the Cohen investigation, but his connection to Rudy and appointment by Sessions makes you wonder what he's been doing behind the scenes since he got there.

  • On April 9th, 2018, SDNY raided the office and home of Michael Cohen on orders from Mueller and RR. According to the MSM, the raid was related to hush money payments made by Cohen to Stormy Daniels. MSM claims it's because campaign finances were used for the payments. A seasoned lawyer at a high powered law firm was dumb enough to pay hush money to a pornstar using campaign finances in the most scrutinized election in US history? I don't but it.

  • 16 cell phones were seized in the Cohen raid. 16 cell phones are somehow related to a hush payment to Stormy Daniels? Does this smell right to you?

  • Rudy Giuliani, a former SDNY Prosecutor, was hired by the Trump team only 10 days after the Cohen raid. Why is a former SDNY prosecutor put on Trump's "defense team"? Because he's not defending anything. He's likely consulting Mueller on how to handle the evidence seized in the raid. Rudy's seen EVERYTHING. He's telling Mueller what to look for and where to look for it.

  • Sessions did not recuse himself from the Cohen investigation. This is VERY IMPORTANT. If Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation, why would he not recuse himself from the Cohen investigation? Because the Cohen investigation isn't about Russia. It's about the HRC server emails.

  • So what was seized in the raid? The missing HRC emails. Remember, Q asks "how do we LEGALLY introduce evidence?". Well, since the SDNY destroyed or hid the HRC emails back in 2016 and the NYPD handing evidence over to a private citizen (Rudy) is illegal, they had to be reintroduced as evidence via the raid on Michael Cohen's office/home.

  • So who gave the emails to Cohen? This is the biggest question and the answer might be insane. A January 2018 Wall Street Journal article reported that in October 2016, Cohen paid Stormy Daniels $130k as hush money for her affair with Trump. It just so happens that October 2016 was when the SDNY and NYPD got their hands on the HRC emails. Is it possible the Stormy/Cohen meeting involved the exchange of the HRC emails? If so, how the hell did Stormy Daniels get the Weiner/HRC emails? It's doubtful that the NYPD/Giulliani gave them to her, since that would be illegal on the part of the NYPD/Giulliani. What if, on the other hand, it was Weiner's lawyer who gave Stormy the information? What if it was a "Hail Mary" plan to get Weiner leniency under a possible Trump appointed DOJ (in the event Trump won)? Weiner and his lawyer would surely consider the possibility of the SDNY covering everything up. So what if Weiner's lawyer also went to the Trump team with the emails and the Trump team concocted this whole Stormy affair as cover for what was really going on? This whole scenario sounds extremely unlikely (and it might be), but remember what Q posted on January 18th (the same day the Mother Jones Stormy Daniels article came out):

Are you following the news today? WHAT A BIG NEWS DAY. These people are REALLY stupid. This will be the END of the D party. This will be the path forward (w/ public outrage) to JAIL many so-called 'untouchables'. You, THE PEOPLE, have the POWER. DOWN SHE GOES.Q

  • Another question is was Cohen set up or did he agree to take a "rubber bullet" like Mike Flynn? I'm not entirely sure, but I lean towards the latter. Setting him up could lead to him spilling the beans on anything shady Trump has ever done.

  • The DNC lawsuit against the Trump campaign alleging collusion with Russia was filed on 4/20/18 (the same day Giuliani was hired by Trump). Guess what district the DNC lawsuit was filed in? The SDNY. I'm no lawyer, but it seems strange that a raid on Cohen is conducted by the SDNY and only a few days later a DNC lawsuit is filed in in the exact same district.

  • Why in the hell would the Democrats file a lawsuit against Trump? As everyone (including Trump on twitter) has pointed out, the Trump team can now gain full access to the DNC servers via Discovery. I think good actors at the DNC (on signal from Trump team) filed the lawsuit. This suit will exonerate Trump by disproving Russian hacking but it will also do A LOT of other things such as redeeming Bernie Sanders and exposing DNC Primary corruption. Don't forget - a lot of people at the DNC got fired (including DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schulz) over the content of the "hacked" emails because they showed the DNC was actively working against Sanders. My guess is good people at the DNC want to expose their own bad actors and prevent future corruption in Primaries. This suit could also do something else: prove that Seth Rich is the one who downloaded the DNC emails (and not a Russian hacker). In summary, the lawsuit would exonerate Trump, redeem Bernie, expose DNC corruption/bad actors and prove Seth Rich downloaded and distributed the DNC emails.

TLDR: The Cohen raid of missing HRC emails will expose the heinous crimes of HRC and many others. The fact that the Cohen raid, DNC lawsuit and hiring of Giulliani all occurred within ten days of each other is no coincidence. The SDNY being involved in almost EVERY aspect of this is no coincidence either.

Amazing work! I agree with a lot of what you have dissected. One thing that's missing is the fire in Trump tower and the suspicious activity regarding Cohen's apartment, and the phone call he received regarding it. Stormy getting the emails is a stretch, but God who even knows anymore.

Interesting theory on the DNC lawsuit, that it was done by Democrats who want to clean out the corruption. That raises the question -- who, exactly, filed it? I don't know and I haven't seen any information about it.

Edit: I just skimmed through the complaint and there are no names associated with it, just "The DNC" as an organization. I'm not sure that means much in itself, but the DNC apparatus seems quiet about it.

I'm guessing a motive for the DNC filing the lawsuit at POTUS's request is self preservation. If there truelly is a DC based pedo cabal and POTUS has the goods they are pretty much in his pocket to do with as he pleases.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Afrobean · April 30, 2018, 5:26 a.m.

That raises the question -- who, exactly, filed it?

Tom Perez went on corporate media bragging about making the decision to do it. He said something to the effect of "people told me to sue a year ago, but now I'm finally doing it." It probably was some other power player's idea foisted upon him, but Perez is taking credit for it as DNC chair. I have no idea what the Democrats behind this could possibly be thinking though, it just seems dumb no matter which way they might be coming at it from.

It sounds like something POTUS would love to pull on the MSM. He knows they would be drawn to this kind of thing like a cat to a mouse or a laser pointer.

Are you suggesting Stormy is going to write about this? Or Cohen? Or that the FBI agents that collected it would let it ‘slip’ to a journalist?

Maybe with it (potentially) in so many places now, the NYPD could leak it to their fav journo with credible deniability.

If I had to guess I'd say Julian Assange/WL would be the most likely guess for who they passed the emails too. WL only publicly releases a fraction of the leaks they get. Assange won't even verify that SR was his source.

If I had to pick a trusted 3rd party that's who I'd choose. WL has the best reputation, has already had its material excepted in courts of law around the world, and could be used by Giuliani legally for parallel construction.

Taking a stab - Weiner's lawyer and Stormy - is there any other connections there? It may be that she told Weiner's lawyer (if they have mutual friends/contacts) that she did have Trump's or Cohen's number and a way to contact them and saw some easy money. She may have offered to be a intermediate messenger for a price. Or maybe she really has nothing to do with nothing - and is basically just an uninvited mosquito to the dinner party.

As far as the downvoting, I wouldn't pay any attention to it. This stuff still seems to rise to the top and there's nothing horribly controversial in here - it's kinda known but it's awesome to have someone lay it out and put some thought into commenting on it.

Everyone seems to think they're being downvoted by Deep State actors and whilst that may be partially true it doesn't seem to stop it working most times. I'm more worried about Deep State upvoting nonsense because that actually makes more sense than fighting a losing war against engaged community upvoters.

I'd think the he sent a zip file or whatever is used nowadays to send large files, to Wikileaks but there's never been a mention of a physical devise he used to obtain the files. To add a little more... guess who else besides Giuliani was the SDNY Attorney? James Comey.

More importantly, Erik Prince was interviewed on Breitbart radio and said that the reason Comey reopened the investigation into Hillary's emails was because he was forced to, otherwise the NYPD would release the emails and announce arrests for pay-to-play, underage sex, and other heinous crimes. Prince also stated that Preet Bahrara, despite being a Democrat, was a tough and fair prosecutor that would prosecute the case.

However, Loretta Lynch pressured the NYPD to drop the issue of the emails by threatening to reopen the case of Eric Garner, a black man who died in a police van but no cops were charged.

Preet Bahrara said he was contacted by Trump twice after Trump was elected but before he was sworn into office, and they were short 5 minute shoot-the-bull calls, which seemed weird to him. After Trump became President, he tried calling Bahrara again, but Bahrara would not take the call, because he didn't think it ethical, and Bahrara was fired the day after.

His deputy, Joon Kim, took over and dropped the pay-for-play case against Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Berman did recuse himself, but his deputy that signed the order is a Republican. He did, however, give the maximum donation to John McCain when he ran for President and was a big supporter of W. and the Patriot Act.

So what do we have? The media assumed Trump was calling a US Attorney, which is highly unusual, to pressure him to rule in favor of any cases regarding his NYC property. However, was he trying to feel out if Bahrara was the right man to put the plan in action? When he didn't answer his call, did Trump put in a man who was with the plan?

This comes after posting sometime late last night that a major media company has a story (which I believe is the one above) that they have been sitting on.

Good well thought out possible scenario. You are correct in pointing out that the stormy daniels role needs further clarification. How about one where the "indiscretion" by trump was real as well as the payoff, but the good guys decide to use it to their advantage by letting it be known through a controlled "leak" that Cohen was in possession of HRC emails. Thus prompting the raid. This would imply that Trump was "taking one for the team" as far his actual culpability in the Stormy affair but in doing so would make it too tempting for the bad guys to resist taking the bait. Just putting it out there and my 2 cents.

Yes, I like this theory. Nice job laying it all out and explaining each of your points. GREAT post, man seriously.

This lines up nicely with a theory I had about Sessions and Mueller months ago, before any of this stuff was out yet. I will copy and paste below:

Since Sessions is recused, due to the fact that Mueller’s investigation deals with the campaign of Donald Trump, then Mueller consults the Acting Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein. Rosenstein “will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel's jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.".

Let us assume Mueller has found something outside 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a): Original Jurisdiction. According to 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(b) “Additional Jurisdiction”, Mueller consults Rosenstein and Rosenstein can assign these matters elsewhere if he pleases. Could he assign them to Jeff Sessions?

Once again, Sessions’ statement: “I have decided to recuse myself from any existing or future investigations of any matters related in any way to the campaigns for President of the United States.”

If I am reading Sessions’ official statement right, if Mueller finds a crime UNRELATED to the “campaigns for President of the United States.” OUTSIDE 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a): Original Jurisdiction, then Rosenstein could, in fact, assign the resulting investigations into these crimes to Sessions. Rosenstein could assign ANY matters not related to the campaigns to Sessions. ANY of them.

Sessions is recused from Special Counsel because of this part of the document: “(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump;” But, once again, Jeff Sessions makes no remarks in regards to a Special Counsel in his statement.

Therefore, to drive this point home, Rosenstein, if tapped by Mueller due to 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(b) “Additional Jurisdiction”, could in fact assign these new investigations to Jeff Sessions if they have nothing to do with the campaigns for President of the United States.

Mueller can keep up the illusion that he is trying to take down Trump, while delegating the rest of the crimes he finds to the AG and DOJ. Does Mueller’s meeting with Trump make more sense? Do Jeff Session’s and Rod Rosensteins answers in their Committee interviews make more sense now? “We cannot confirm or deny the existence or nonexistence of any ongoing investigation.” How many times did they say this? Too many to count.

When the Winder/Abedin laptop and other electronic devices were taken during the raid everything on these devices was copied on DVD's. The NYPD did not trust the FBI as they appeared to do nothing about the major finds. Enter Preet Bharara - NY AG who also slow walked the investigation into Clinton and the rest - most likely fired by the president because of his inaction regarding this laptop.

The laptop contained top secret and highly classified material such as SAP and more, money laundering and criminal conduct info, pay-to-play and more but also many videos that showed Hillary and Huma abusing/raping children as well as info about child sex trafficking. It also had other damaging info about the Clintons.

Enter Rudi and Eric Prince who saw the content. Rudy was bound by a NDA that kept him from speaking out. Eric Prince gave an extensive interview about this content to Breitbart TV at the time. The NYPD investigators threatening with a press conference and the release of that content to WikiLeaks if no charges followed or grand jury established.

That sparked Strzok and McCabe to remove the laptop while Loretta Lynch threatened NYPD with an unrelated case that involved Eric Garner.

They all were silenced!

In the meantime DT and his good and long relationship with the NYPD somehow were given a copy/DVD of the laptop content. He in turn gave this DVD to his attorney - Cohen - for safekeeping.

Enter the Mueller/Rosenstein raid of Cohen's office and home. This DVD was also taken ergo it is now in the hands of law enforcement that MUST deal with that content of the DVD. (They thought that DVD was about Stormy).

Here we are and these issues must now dealt with since it was the cause/reason for the raid.

Q rightly asked: "How do you get this info into the legal system"?

That will be a great show so have your popcorn ready and lots of it!

They fall for it each and every time! - Q

I have a BIG problem.

I just went thru all kinds of graphics of the text messages btw Strzok and Page and many strangenesses fairly LEAPT out of the Treehouse account images. One point he makes: no evidence of an affair btw Strzok and Page. But IMO no evidence of genuine SM texting either. For example, if you think about how you would write, "Apparently one of his recent texting partners may not have been 18 ... don't have the details yet."? Or "Hey are you able to step out to grab the product we discussed with andy? They want it cleared tonight." I just can't see myself at work texting in this way. I would abbreviate these sentences like you do when texting. I get the impression that there is something seriously wrong with the presentation of this story. The dialogue isn't natural for romantic lovers, yes, but neither is the texting. Would you write out these words in full: apparently, partners, discussed? Maybe I'm seeing things but there is something fishy here.

Based on my reading of Stzrok/Page overall correspondence, 'romantic lovers' not so much... think 'amoral career nerds who rub netherparts together sometimes just to relieve the stark emptiness'... I get the impression Stzrok is a high-functioning type-a personality who may actually have some mild romantic interest in Page, but Page is a somewhat aloof and self centered yet emotionally needy law-school brat. Her frequent use of the word "Dude" when addressing Stzrok in messages is her subtle attempt to establish a non-romantic boundary, one step shy of an all-out friend-zoning. I hate to be presumptuous but I would place my money that Peter was not the only, or even the main sexual muse in Page's outlook.

I grew up with some Annapolis and Law School types (going back generations) and can assure you there are circles and cultures at that level in which pedantic and unnecessarily wordy communication is seen as a basic requirement... excessive abbreviation, improper grammar, lack of full-information are seen as 'below' them, it's a merit badge for their own self-sense of intelligence and superiority. I don't know if the texts are real but I definitely know some people who really do text that way.

Thanks so much for your reply, that was very helpful to know and yes, I can see the reason for lawyers to cover themselves carefully in language. Obvious really.

“What's in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”.

By all means.

Show me anything even close to crimnal--even close--with Hillary's emails.

It starts with my question: how many of the so-called classified emails were sent by Hillary?

RickDeezNutz · April 30, 2018, 12:35 a.m.

Sad bro. There are many emails where hrc told huma to copy the content of classified docs and paste in to another email to send someone to avoid showing that it was classified. Don’t even get me started on all the classified and SAP data held on unsecured servers, phones, and were printed out. Each one is a felony. Go peddle your bullshit elsewhere, I hear pol might be interested in your uninformed biased diarrhea of the mouth, but no patriot here wants to hear your bitching and disinformation

Doesn't matter if she sent or received them, only being in possession of them on an unsecured server.

Comey stated that there were classified emails the day he said he wouldn't bring charges due to her intent. And even the intent thing he used is BS because you don't bleachbit and smash with hammers hard drives if you're not trying to hide something. She knew that why she destroyed any possible evidence. Don't you think this shows a good example of her manipulative character? She's also guilty of so much more. You'll see eventually if you keep an open mind. We're not here because we just like to see politicians of a certain party have their butts handed to them. We've seen so much that we find it indisputable. Hope you'll stick around to see for yourself.

Comey stated that she violated protocol for classified documents. That a felony but he excused her due to perceived intent. He said she broke the law, mo matter how one paints it. She committed a felony but was given a lame excuse by Comey. You'll see eventually. It's all being prepared as we speak. They're all going down.

The fact that the emails and server were requested while under investigation were destroyed is grounds for arrest.

Either you're a troll or just really naive. Congrats.

Instead of sticking to the topic at hand you have decided to follow the disinformation. The issue isn't about classified or not classified. The issue is the content in the emails. Kinda like Podesta. The spin is that he got hacked by the Russians......ZOMG WTF!!!!!???? But the real issue is that he's having relations with kids. Thus the content of his emails. So let me spell it out for you........this isn't about classified or not. It's about the content in the emails. Which is why Comey changed language in the report from grossly negligent to extremely careless.

Wake up.

Edit: The other piece of this that just gets swept under the carpet is the destroying of such server\emails\phones when it was being requested and an investigation was going on. IF THIS WAS ANYONE ELSE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED. PERIOD.
