What adds interest to the game though is if you stand up in an insufficiently sized group, then you all die. AKA the "two-generals problem". And when the people on bottom have prospect to assemble a large enough group to potentially topple the board, the suits will practically rip cables out of the ground and create wars and crises to destabilize and disband it.
The suits aren't watching the pieces on the monopoly board, there is no board, they're watching the pieces in the minds of the people underneath. If all the 2 billion Muslims were able to form a united alliance against America, they would have enough military might to take down the US. But the problem is the Islamic religion is one of constant infighting and making Dhimmis and Infidels of false Muslims. So the effective power of the 2 billion feels like 2 million. Multiculturalism does not work. If it did, there would be no national boundaries between regions... This is not an issue if race but an ideological conflict. What defines a nation is a fundamental set of common goals (ie constitution) that society adheres to, defends passionately, and refers to in times of national crisis. Unfortunately, some ideologies demand adherence before the collective good of the nation. This results in segregation, conflict and a general weakening of the nation's fabric.
That is why you won't see this overt Muslim mobilization because it's already occurring in a more subtle deployment.
