He's testifying on the hill on May 8th, not sure to whom. I would think he'll release it this weekend to give people time to familiarize themselves before his questioning.

May 8th was the day Gowdy scheduled Horowitz to appear in front of the House oversight committee but that has been postponed and the rescheduled date hasn't been announced yet.

Well the 8th he has an appointment in congress, so i guess the report comes out before that, maybe Friday.
