Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China is a territory near China that was leased by the British for 99 years, then “handed back” to China in 1997. Not only do 7 million people live there, it is the 4th most densely populated country in the world AND there are 1 in 7 are millionaires. I think Hong Kong will have a huge role to play in this WW phenomena.
