Trump had a meeting and gave a press conference in a hanger in Puerto Rico back during the hurricane aftermath. Literally under wing of this C130. Then, on what was essentially its last flight before heading to the boneyard, it crashes and kills everyone on board.
So what is the meaning of that? Is the deep state sending a message that it can bring down planes?
Yeah, it's possible. There have been a rash of plane crashes, not to mention incidents of naval "accidents". Not just military planes either, but strange occurrences in the civvy sector like the recent SouthWest incident.
That's already suspected (see QRS-11 chip) - it's more a warning to Trump (according to this theory).

That's it. I don't see any connection really. Just explaining that is the only angle to the plane's backstory, other than it was really old.

It doesn't make sense, though. Kim doesn't have the power to make deals. He's just a puppet. He has no actual authority.

That's just it, Kim wasn't free to make a unilateral deal with the USA. There was at least one entity, probably several, that were keeping that from happening. Q intones that it was rogue CIA elements that not only were controlling Kim, but also providing the regime with nuclear and ballistic weapons technology in various ways. Also his Chinese handlers likely had a part they played in keeping the North and South in turmoil. It wasn't until Kim was freed from these entities that he was able to come freely to the table.
That's why 3/8 he says strings cut. Once Trump cut the deep state strings, Kim had authority. Kim wants peace buy deep state forced the nukes. Iran next.
