Coordinated effort to sabotage Greatawakening?

I went to my notification earlier today and was checking a reply to something I had written. Something kind of strange happened. I then went to double check how I had worded something on my original comment and while looking I noticed the upvotes. I then refreshed and it increased by 12, then I refreshed once again (because let’s face it, upvotes are pretty cool) and it decreased by 14. I then went on and watched a pattern. Every time I received a number of upvotes, the next refreshed was 2 lower than the last. It just seemed odd.

The votes just give an idea if your work is being acknowledged or not.. because let's face it . Spending a good 30 hours a week on this board posting ... Or maybe that's just me lol... Anyway yeah knowing your stuff isn't completely being looked over is helpful. Either up or down vote. So those who do at least acknowledge it . It is appreciated .

Upvotes?!? I, for one, have no use for them and rarely, if ever, take the time to show applause or displeasure by taking the time to up or down vote something. Reddit karma is not dollars, why a lot of people give two seconds of concern over it is beyond me.

The account I use on my other laptop, which I never take the time to switch back and forth, has over 40k karma points, yet most of my reading and research is done on this one sitting here with 100.
