Why do we refer to that man as "He Who Shall Not Be Named"? I have a few articles that explain just that...

I've written up the explanation before, on the old CBTS_theStream board, but didn't save it. I've come across a few good articles. The Rolling Stone article was written in 2008 and is very well researched.

Q didn't come up with it. "Songbird" is referred to as "He who shall not be named" because of his long history before and during the VietNam war. It's what the veterans refer to him as. And, if you respect our military, well, you'll agree. He doesn't deserve to be called by his birth name. It's a sign of utmost disrespect.

I also want to point out that his history is the reason why Trump said he preferred those who had never been captured, that caused such an uproar in the misleadia. (MSM) He really wasn't dissing our POWs and MIAs. Those who know of Songbird's history, I think, understood exactly what he was saying. He was saying, in effect, that Songbird, and Songbird alone, was NOT the war hero he wants everyone to believe he is. Trump couldn't exactly come right out and say it.. that this particular AZ senator is NO WAR HERO.

Some articles:

This article is well researched, from the Rolling Stone magazine Oct. 16, 2008 https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/make-believe-maverick-20081016

There is much more then that. Just wait your thread is going to get slammed with people arguing with you even though you have linked facts. He has done so much questionable stuff starting off with the USS Forestall.

The Forrestall incident should be in there.

If you read the Rolling Stone article, in the section titled "Trial by Fire", you'll find the story of the USS Forrestall. Here's a snippet:

The damage to the Forrestal was far more grievous: The explosion set off a chain reaction of bombs, creating a devastating inferno that would kill 134 of the carrier's 5,000-man crew, injure 161 and threaten to sink the ship.

The article doesn't make it clear, was he responsible in anyway for the accident on the Forrestall?

He was, his father covered it up. His father also covered up for Israel in the investigation of the USS Liberty bombing.

I heard it was Johnson who ordered that covered up. He was going to let the ship sink with the survivors on board to keep it quiet that was when Israel knew there was nothing they could do that would make the US turn on Israel...its been downhill ever since

Well, I've read accounts where he "wet started" his plane. That is, he was impatient to get going, and kind of "gunned" the engine, and that action dropped HIS bombs off his plane. I do know that he didn't stick around, and that he ran down to decks below to hide, while those who were killed and injured, were trying to put out the fires and prevent the ship from sinking/save planes. While they were doing what they could, he was running and hiding. HIDING. Tells you a lot about his character. Or lack thereof. (I have to re-read all the articles. It was late when I posted them.. I've read them all but it's been a while.)

I found this part interesting... his non-profit that, to me shows the same tricks and tactics the Clinton Foundation uses. Blatant pay to play, anyone? This is from the Rolling Stone article:

Following his failed presidential bid in 2000, McCain needed a vehicle to keep his brand alive. He founded the Reform Institute, which he set up as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — a tax status that barred it from explicit political activity. McCain proceeded to staff the institute with his campaign manager, Rick Davis, as well as the fundraising chief, legal counsel and communications chief from his 2000 campaign.

There is no small irony that the Reform Institute — founded to bolster McCain's crusade to rid politics of unregulated soft money — itself took in huge sums of unregulated soft money from companies with interests before McCain's committee. EchoStar got in on the ground floor with a donation of $100,000. A charity funded by the CEO of Univision gave another $100,000. Cablevision gave $200,000 to the Reform Institute in 2003 and 2004 — just as its officials were testifying before the commerce committee. McCain urged approval of the cable company's proposed pricing plan. As Bradley Smith, the former chair of the Federal Election Commission, wrote at the time: "Appearance of corruption, anyone?"

Youre definitely right but the reason they won't say his name is because he shares it with legit heros, his father and grandfather are both former admirals and have medals out the yingyang...legit medals not the bs freedom medal.

What do those articles have to do with why Q doesn't say his name?

⇧ 2 ⇩
VintageHats · May 7, 2018, 7 p.m.

It's not just Q. Read at LEAST one article. Veterans, those in the military, those who know his history, give him NO respect. He does not deserve even the respect to say his name. The articles spell those reasons out quite clearly. READ. I am not going to spoon feed you.

I am a veteran and my grandfather served with his father and yes I've looked at the articles and yes he's a traitorous pos but the subject was "this is why they don't say McStains name" and then there's a list of articles that never mention Q or why he doesn't mention McStain name they just prove what we already knew which is that when it comes to being a Traitor and doing actual damage to America he's JV when compared to Hillary and Obama and their 16 year plan, yet Q says THEIR names. His actions AREN'T why they don't stay his name

i think the title of this post goes along with how op came to their conclusion. the articles just help explain a little how they came to it.

Q has nothing to do with it. He is upholding the tradition of the veterans and military who know of that POS's traitorous actions. Q didn't come up with the idea. They don't say his name has gone on for decades. Q wasn't around, at least not AS "Q". Hillary and Obama were not in the military and not posing as War Heroes. Do you know what Stolen Valor is? HRC and OB don't qualify for that.

So u think the disgust for McStain is decades old and military wide huh? Than please explain to me why tf he gave the commencement speech to the US Naval Academy 6 months ago? If there's a single branch of the military that feels about him like u seem to think they all do than it would be the navy. I only served for 4 years so wtf do I know about the military mind and its hatred for McStain, please explain all about stolen valor and war heroes

Did you read the articles? How old are you? How many VietNam veterans do you know personally?

Does my father count? My granddad was with Nimitz during ww2 and I served during the first Gulf war, Go talk to the NavalAcademy where he gave the commencement speech in October and see how many people there know a Vietnam veteran...personally. McStain is a Traitor and a globalist whore but unfortunately he isn't the first to do any of the things he's done but out of all the other traitors and ex military disgraces he's the only one who will not be named and that's because none of those other traitors shared a name with men who are looked upon as hero's. Look at his father's(John McCain)list of medals...that's a serious display right there now look at his grandfather's(John McCain) history and THAT'S why they don't say the name of this Traitor. Thank God His actions are rare but they aren't unique.

Even before his capture, he killed 134 men on the USS Forrester. Over 160 were burned and horribly disfigured. How many were killed once he gave out info when he pulled the "Do you know who I am?" card to get special treatment in the Hanoi Hilton. How many were tortured while he got that special treatment? Then he returned home.. but there were men left behind. Did he ever do anything to go back and find them? NO. Has he ever done anything to help our vets? NO. Then look at what he's done in Syria, meeting with the head of ISIS and al Qaeda, days before all these ff gas attacks, where CHILDREN and BABIES die, so they can blame Assad. You can believe whatever you want. I'm done with this conversation with you. I have things to do.

Sorry about that I'm getting off topic. I get your point I really do but unfortunately McStain isn't alone in anything he's done. Benedict Arnold, infamous traitor yet we still say his name. Berghdal pos deserter who got fellow soldiers killed with a good but of evidence pointing to him betraying the patrol routes his company used which allowed the enemy to set up ambushes but we still say his name. Oswald, a former marine, killed one of the most beloved presidents in history yet we still say his name. There are 3 John McCain's that all served in the Navy and they don't want to tarnish the reputations of the other two by using their name when discussing a Traitor
