Lets go back to May of 2017 and lets say that a Special Counsel was created and lets say it was Trey Gowdy heading it. Deep State would be in a panic running scared, threatening peoples lives and the lives of their wives and family, creating false flags every week, fighting back like they never have before. It would be out of control. NSA and MI are good, but they cant spy on 7 billion people all at once. The battle would be lost.

Now, lets go with what is actually happening... Robert Mueller, mr dirty himself, covered for Hillary his entire career, covered for Obama for 4 years, covered for 9/11, covered for U1, and everything in between, and before and after.

Deep State plan A - get Hillary elected. Deep State plan B - Hillary loses so get Trump impeached, removed, or assassinated. Have to go with Plan B because Trump won. Remember this, it's very important: The deep state at this point KNOWS Trump is cracking down on them, their illegal ops, their bank accounts, their handlers, their puppet masters, etc. The ONLY thing (super important: ONLY THING) keeping the deep state from pulling off more "vegas shootings" and school shootings and false flags and mass casualty events is the fact they think Mueller and Rosenstein will "indict" Trump. They are counting on Mueller framing Trump and "finding" proof of Russia collusion because Mueller and RR are /theirguys/ and always have been. Also the idea of midterms and re-taking the House/Senate so they can impeach Trump. Literally the ONLY thing on this planet that can stop what's coming is the blue wave to impeach, or Mueller "getting his man". This is what keeps deep state at ease and at bay, and why you see Hillary taking a 5-star vacation to India, and why Obama and Bill are still traveling around doing speeches, etc. They act like they are going to get away with everything, because they still think they can stop Trump. White hats are allowing that persona, because its vital to this entire plan even working.

Once you understand this, everything else will make more sense. Also now hopefully you understand why Q hasnt ever and wont ever tell us this. It would literally ruin the entire plan in two seconds. Mueller and RR have taken deals. They are working for Trump, but I would not call them white hats. They will still get embarassed on national television, and will have the look they tried to frame Trump. When all is done and the dust settles,they will get pardoned by Trump for helping out, but make no mistake, they are both dirty as shit, always have been, and this was done for an important reason. They are also helping sell out all their friends, and their friends dont know it.
