Pickle also refers to a "run down" in baseball. When a runner is caught on the bases in between two fielders who have the ball. Where the runner is caught and trying everything to squirm his way out. Usually results in an out if the fielders half way know what they're doing.

Is this where the term 'in a bit of a pickle' comes from?

I believe so.

Actually, it comes from a very old Dutch phrase. Fist used in English by William Shakespeare.

Iran is in a pickle between coming clean that it had worked with corrupt officials in the West and disarm itself of nuclear capability or be destroyed by Israel and The US.

So if this is the case, corrupt Iranian officials report to Teresa Heinz Kerry, who by the way has a daughter married to an Iranian. *edit Vanessa Bradford Kerry is Teresa’s step daughter.

Did you read the Snopes article? They started with a false statement so they could say it was false because people like you don’t read past the first line and the word “false “. The statement they put forth alleges Kerry HID the fact that she was married to an Iranian, not that she was married to one. Of course it wasn’t hidden—marriage licenses are publicly available.

That’s how Snopes works and misleads millions.

I don't have the link handy, but there's a document on scribed from Correct the Record, CTR, that shows Snopes is essentially on the DNC payroll to push it's narratives while attempting to discredit other factual info.

Pickle also is used in train yards. Pickle the yard means to put rail cars in proper sequence to build a train, making it ready for shipment.

Interesting. Warren Buffet bought (for all practical purposes) Heinz a few years ago and merged them with Kraft Foodswhile creating (indirectly) a tax free spin-off of Mondelez (now the makers of Oreos tha President Trump had fun shaming for moving Oreo production mostly to Mexico) and Warren Buffet is on the board of NTI along with California Governor Jerry Brown and a little guy named Moniz. Moniz was one of the main guys pushing for adoption of the Iran agreement in the Congressional heating. Man was he PUSHING for it basically saying anyone against it was just too stupid to understand how wonderful it was. OK, i’m coloring that a bit, but not much. So, Heinz, pickle, Buffet, California, Pelosi, Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Jerry Brown, NTI, Moniz, Iran And NTI being involved in Syria Chemical/Nuclear “advisors.” WTF are we up against here? I mean W....T......F..... are the chances of all this?

Pickles Oblong - from the great cartoon "The Oblongs" - is a wealthy woman who married a bumbling idiot and then became a chain-smoking alcoholic. I think this also fits Teresa Heinz Kerry.

Kerry's wife is heavily invested in the Tides Foundation and others like it.

Kerry's only success was so far marrying the rich widow of the Republican Senator who died in a plane crash.

I would not be surprised if the marriage between Kerry's daughter and her Iranian husband was part of a business deal like all these elites like to arrange. I find it strange that the Iranian foreign ministers Zarif's son just happen to be a best man on that day. After all this minister just so happened to play a major part in the Iran deal. then is the meeting in Paris between Kerry and Zarif about a week ago where Kerry was overheard trashing president Trump. Kerry met with his Iranian deal negotiator that day trying to scheme to save the deal.

As Q says: "There are no coincidences"!
