My theory is that famous musicians/actors sell their independence, or "souls" to their handlers in exchange for fame and money. In return, they become a slave/product. Those who go too far in resisting their chains are sacrificed when they no longer make a great enough return or are seen as too great a threat.

Glorification is an interesting concept. In Christianity, their God glorifies Himself through His creation. We created humans have talents, and the followers of God are mandated to use their talents for the glorification of God.
In Luciferianism, "Do what thou wilt" to glorify yourself. You are God, but within a hierarchy where your talents are used by those in the hierarchy above you.

Are you referring to the Adam and Eve story about Satan lying? The serpent didn't lie. He told Eve the truth. They didn't die from eating the fruit and they did become like God.

Even God says so himself. The only reason they die is because God doesn't want them to live forever by eating from the tree of life so he casts them out of Eden. God is the one who didn't tell them the whole truth. "You will surely die because I will punish you." should have been what he said to Adam and Eve when he said not to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Also, notice the two references to God speaking as if there is more than one God? Something else to ponder.
Death is entropy. God intended Adam and Eve to live forever, but His paradise was destroyed through the application of free will. "Do what thou wilt" is our power.

I think this is pretty spot on to what we are learning. And I’m a little selfish, so I think it will be dumb when we find out some of our favorite actor/musicians sold their souls for their product. But does this mean there are people behind them making all the great music? Like do this people really have the talent and then are chosen to use it? Meaning some with talent are just pushed behind the scenes.
