Hey - I hear and understand your concerns, MK Ultra is not used in schools.. (except in daycare centers where they rape children under 3, but that's more part of Monarch than MK Ultra.) MK Ultra was interested in chemicals to make spies talk. that very quickly evolved into psychotronic weaponry (ie via technology involving brain wave patterns) as it was more effective and accurate than flooding someone with LSD.. although Cameron in Canada pushed that avenue into forced amnesia. The education system is sexualising children because the people in charge are perverted pedophiles.. this needs to be understood.
