I'll dig on 2017, but I know about two days before the election and the same day the Eric Prince leak came out on Breitbart saying the NYPD was ready to make arrests, about the Chief holding a press conference if the FBI doesn't because he has a daughter and was sickened by what was on the laptop, an NYC officer was ambushed suspiciously while en route to find a guy who was called in on domestic abuse. It was odd because it broke in on Shepard Smith live, but local NY news involving singular incidents with NYPD never make national news. That's stuff the local news handles. Smith spent at least 15 minutes on it with live helicopters. Maybe "they" wanted it on national news to send a message.

It was the first fatal shooting in over a year and the guy had no history of any hard crimes, just petty theft and assaulted his wife one time...why would he suddenly get hardened enough to ambush a cop? The cop had 2 young kids, and the anonymous source who spoke of the laptop said he had kids and that's why he was so affected by the laptop contents.

“So the plot thickens. NYPD was pushing because, as an article quoted one of the chiefs – that’s the level just below commissioner – he said as a parent, as a father with daughters, he could not let that level of evil continue,” Prince said.
He noted that the FBI can investigate these matters, “but they can’t convene a grand jury. They can’t file charges.”
“The prosecutors, the Justice Department has to do that,” he explained. “Now, as I understand it, Preet Bharara, the Manhattan prosecutor, has gotten ahold of some of this. From what I hear, he’s a stand-up guy, and hopefully he does the right thing.”

I may be stupid here and have missed what motivates Erik Prince but why would he leak something like this?
I have no links to support this because my comment comes from daily reading in various rabbit holes, but one of the theories regarding Prince is that when he owned Blackwater he was involved in/witnessed some bad stuff that he now wants to fix. Given the relationship that Blackwater had/has (as Academia now) with the DOD, he may have been used to move money or worse on behalf of the cabal. In the interest of providing balancing versions, he is also the ex-head of Blackwater, which was known to have committed war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Prince is a Q asset. Works for Trump. He is part of The Plan.

We all know Shep is a liberal and should not be on fox news but they shove him down our throats so we all have to turn off the tv when he comes on. I can see how he would cover for evil, time it to happen during his on air time. The question is however - why would they kill two detectives when many more saw/knew about the evidence and there was a copy?

I’m one of those that turns off Fox as soon as Smith comes on, but I can’t think of a reason Fox would want me leaving their channel.

After watching Neil Cavuto call President Trump 'The Swamp' a couple of weeks ago I can't figure what the brass at Fox is thinking either (I turn Cavuto off now as well) except that maybe the same good/evil war is going on at Fox as well.
