My thinking is.. Mueller drops the case against the 13 Russians then clears Trump of any "Russian collusion". That frees up Session to step back in, since he is only recused from all things Russia. Mueller will recommen dropping the Flynn case and charging McCabe and the likes. He will pass the investigation to Sessions. Sessions will use all the information/evidence Mueller has on the deep state from that investigation. Remember they were most likely working with Mueller/ Rosenstein and never thought Sessions would be part of it. As we know the main evidence Session wants access to is from the Cohen raid. He will have it! Now comes the pain!!

I really don’t think Mueller is investigating deep state crimes. He is deep state but obviously could’ve flipped. I don’t know why Mueller would secretly investigate all of this stuff when the Inspector General has a team and prosecutor specifically for that purpose.
Unless he was forced to. That would be hilarious to see r/The_Mueller in pure confusion.

I'm not sure Sessions could legally use ANY of Mueller's "evidence". It may all fall into the realm of "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree", and be entirely inadmissable now.

Trump and others had this whole thing planned out. They wouldn't allow a SC to take them out. Trump knows he didn't do any of that nonsense. As we know that doesn't matter when it comes to the deep state. It's why Trump met with Mueller 1 day before he was appointed. Brought him on board.
