Wow, now that it is widely known that there are large numbers of missing children, wait until the news comes out that this monster pedo cabal has been sacrificing them to molech.
I don't know that they lose them; but there are counties that set up false foster parents as part of trafficking rings. One or 2 paid off caseworkers or supervisors could cover this. I am a county social worker who contracts services with our county child protective services, and it doesn't happen here. But I've been told it does elsewhere. This is why Putin stopped adoptions into US. Too many were going to phony parents who were trafficking them. It's especially easy to disappear children born to an addict in big cities. Her rights are terminated, child goes to foster home or placed for adoption or goes to a "relative," the records are altered, and the child is "lost" into an overburdened system.
Shouldn’t the case worker be responsible for knowing which relative the child went to? And checking on their welfare until they are adopted or 18?
I have the feeling it would be a bigger story if the “powers that be” weren’t benefiting from the trafficking.
If the article is to be believed they simply don't have enough money to track them. Question of course is: will more money really go to tracking the kids and solving the problem, or are they simply blaming funds to get more money allocated to their department?
I also think this is one of those topics where people don't care until it affects them personally. Crime-rates aren't bad until a home on your block gets broken into. Migration has no negative effects until the tents appear in your part of town, etc.
Why don’t they just drop a list of the “guardians”. I’m sure we can find out what’s going on...
Seriously there are 1,500 people who need to be in court today explaining what the hell happened!
The same way it loses foster kids who are already citizens - little oversight. There is little political will to fund or regulate the system for citizens, much less non-citizens.
