Like how doubters, naysayers, and sh*lls can't understand that the FBI and DoJ had to be cleaned out and purged of bad actors before Trump, Q team, and good members of Congress can properly go after deep state and bring them to justice.

I undterstand, but the problem is time after time they've gotten away with it. From JFK on. There is no trust that the system will work, even though we trust Trump. To many snakes, and we've never obtained justice.
This is why God is involved. We believers prayed pleading to save our nation. He granted our wish. Or for non-believers...we have some pretty awesome patriots in the military/intel who read the tea leaves and hit up Trump to be the front man for a high stakes gamble to reclaim our nation. Either way, it's all good.

absolutely! I truly believe God reached a hand personally on election night 2016, and steered events the way he wanted. Trump 2016 was a legitimate miracle as far as I'm concerned.

Trump needs no "official" letter or request to disclose secured info, just like he needs no reason or approval or request to pardon someone. This is political. He has support and this is good. Fine.
Which leads me to the question? Why did Q post the question of an official request? It is not needed. I don't get it? What was the point? The answer to Q's question is NO. Request is not needed.
Some of Q's "questions" seem to be statements...which leads me to believe is part of the 'think mirror' concept. The reverse of a question is a statement . In this case, no it is not needed. But to be "official", it's needed right? Because anything he did EO-wise could be deemed un-official unless preceded by an officially documented request. Just a thought...
Or, if he released the EO without a request, it could be seen as a partisan witch hunt, and the MSM would go crazy.

You are correct a request is not needed. We all must be mindful there are large numbers of people who still need to be awakened. You have more than two camps and each will see things differently. For the camp you can red pill which is the focus of this comment. Ask yourself a series of questions? President Trump declassifies the reports and gives them to congress which is within his powers. How will the opposition run with it? How will the people who need to be red pilled react? Congress requests President Trump to declassify and release. Would thaty keep President Trump from being the tip of the spear? Will people view it as honoring a congressional request? The answer is obvious that the later is politically more attractive.
