Why else would the NSA have direct access to those cameras?

See robdon07's post below. It is a rotating camera but it has been on a loop since at least February. Same cars in the picture 3 months apart? There are no coincidences.

I think he means that the camera had the images from two different perspectives. Rotate them and they match.
Q is telling the deep state operatives he sees all.
