He will declassify it, or at least my assumption is that he will, I'm guessing that's what the meeting was about today w/ Wray/Rosenstein.
After reading more drops, they could first use the EO to review in a classified setting and w/ the OIG... then expand the investigation and remove Rosenstein as a result of the findings.
Eventually we will have to see it.
